SARAWAK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION(SEDC)
Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is a statutory agency that was set up in 1972 to promote the commercial, industrial and socio-economic development of the state of Sarawak. Engaged in a wide range of business activities from agro and food industry to realty development, its tourism and leisure interests are now its most extensive.
THE TOURISM AND LEISURE DIVISION
The Corporation's investment in the State's tourism and leisure industry includes a portfolio of assets that range from city hotels and beach resorts to shopping complexes to tourist attractions such as Sarawak Cultural Village and Damai Golf & Country Club, to hospitality services such as time-sharing and hotel management. It is today recognised as a convenient "one-stop tourism shop" for both customers and business partners alike.
