GENERAL MANAGER |
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Strong in leadership, excellent organizational skills, pleasant personality, able to provide a clear strategic direction to the team, results-oriented and with integrity.
- At least five years’ work experience in senior management position in a hotel.
- Extensive background in Rooms and Food & Beverage.
- Strong business acumen/experience in business development and cost control, and able to drive operational excellence with proven track record.

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING |
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.
- Requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ work experiences in a hotel.
- Results-oriented, pro-active with strong selling skills that focus on the hotel profitability.
- Able to develop existing accounts and acquire new accounts.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills and possesses analytical ability.

DIRECTOR OF CATERING |
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experiences working in Catering Department in a hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, training and development abilities to lead a team and experience working with the Delphi Sales & Catering system.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers with integrity.

Job Function
Responsible for the management, operation & maintenance of all the Corporation’s related tourism facilities, properties, and shopping complexes.
