The shopping mall is annexed to its sister property,
Riverside Majestic Hotel and part of a complex that
includes a 24 lane bowling alley and cineplex. Another
major hotel and sister property is the Grand Margherita
Hotel which is just across the road from Riverside Majestic.
Other important establishments located in the area are
major banks, shopping malls, services apartments and
offices.
The famous award winning esplanade, Kuching Waterfront,
along the Sarawak River is also situated within walking
distance (2 minutes) from this prime area. An interesting
destination is the TopSpot Foodcourt which is located
on the top floor of Taman Kereta car park (5 minutes
walk across the road). This foodcourt is famous for
its delicious seafood.
