Kuching and in its central business district.
The shopping centre is adjacent to its sister property, Grand
Margherita Hotel (formerly Holiday Inn Kuching), the first
international class hotel in Kuching. Part of this complex
is the Menara SEDC, corporate headquarters of Sarawak Economic
Development Corporation. Another major hotel and sister property
is the Riverside Majestic Hotel which is just across the road
from Grand Margherita. Other important establishments located
in the area are major banks, shopping malls, services apartments
and offices.
The famous award winning esplanade, Kuching Waterfront, along
the Sarawak River is also situated within walking distance
(approximately 3 minutes) from this prime area. An interesting
destination is the TopSpot Foodcourt which is located on the
top floor of Taman Kereta car park (approximately 5 minutes
walk across the road). This foodcourt is famous for its delicious
seafood.
Its operating hours is from 10.00 am to 9.30 pm daily and
it remains open the whole year round.
